Do not modify the IB programme models in any way or create alternative versions of the programme models. The integrity of the IB framework must be preserved in all instances.
Do not use any IB logos (including the IB World School logo and programme logos) prior to receiving official authorization from the IB Organization. Unauthorized use of IB intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Any reproduction or distribution of IB materials will be done with proper authorization and in accordance with the IB’s copyright and trademark policies.

Violations of the copyright policy by staff or students are taken seriously, as they may undermine the school’s integrity and its commitment to the IB philosophy.
- First-time violations will result in counseling and education on copyright laws.
- Repeated or intentional violations may result in academic penalties, such as nullification of assignments, and will be documented in the student’s file.
- Violations will be addressed through a formal discussion and written warning.
- Continued violations may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of employment, depending on the severity.
The school will take corrective measures to resolve any copyright disputes, including removing or replacing infringing content. This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure allignment with updates to IB guidelines, copyright laws, and best practices.
